Course Overview
This one day practical program gives finance professionals a clear and up to date understanding of how AI is transforming finance work across reporting, FP&A, risk, controls and decision support. Designed for non technical teams, the course focuses on real finance workflows using AI to accelerate analysis, improve narrative quality, reduce manual effort and strengthen governance and auditability. Module 2 : Faster Financial Analysis and Variance Commentary
● AI Assisted Variance Analysis : Turn actuals vs. budget/forecast into insights, drivers and explanations. ● KPI Storytelling : Produce concise executive narratives from data tables and dashboards. ● Anomaly & Outlier Detection (Non‑technical) : Recognize patterns, exceptions and areas that need review. ● Hands On Lab : Generate a board ready variance pack summary with assumptions and action points.
Module 3 : FP&A - Budgeting, Forecasting and Scenario Planning
